How to Submit a Ticket for a Missing Class in IIQ

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Step 1: Navigate to kcs.incidentiq.com and sign in through the Knoxschools Login Portal with your KCS email address and password. Please note that you will need your phone for authentication to login. Once logged in, click the New Ticket button.
  • Step 2: From the main ticket options, choose Provisioning/Accounts.
  • Step 3: Next, choose IncidentIQ (IIQ) from the list of categories.
  • Step 4: Select IIQ Classes Missing as your specific issue.
  • Step 5: In the Description box, type in which class you are missing (for example: "I am missing my third period science class"). Then click the Submit Ticket button at the bottom of the page.

I teach multiple missing classes. You do not need to submit multiple tickets. List all of your missing classes together in the description box of a single ticket before you click Submit.
