Overview
All KCS students will have a ClassLink login experience when they open their Chromebook. If logging in from a non-KCS computer, then click the link below (or type classlink.knoxschools.org in your browser address bar):
Chromebook
- Click Sign In with Microsoft
- Use your Microsoft username/email address: s########@student.knoxschools.org and password
- If you are a kindergarten, 1st grade, or 2nd grade student and your teacher has issued you a QuickCard, then you can use this login feature.
Home Use
If you login to ClassLink from a non-KCS computer, you may need to install an extension to your browser (KCS Technology already installed the extension on your KCS computer).
Not all apps require the extension. When you click an app that does, you'll see a popup window that prompts you to install it.
- Click the Install Extension button.
- Click the Add to Chrome button in the web store.
- Click the Add extension button in the popup window.
iOS (Apple) Devices
To use ClassLink on an iOS device like an iPhone or iPad, download the free ClassLink LaunchPad App from the App Store.
Once installed click the Microsoft login button, or use your issued QuickCard (if you are a K - 2 student).
