There is no power to the ActivPanel, none of the LEDs are lit

If your ActivPanel is not powering on, check to see if there are any power indicators on the panel at all. If there are no light indicators: 

• Reset the power to the ActivPanel using the On/Off switch at the back.
• Try another power outlet that works with a different electrical device.  
• Try with another power cable if you have one available.  

ActivPanel OPS power light is not coming on

• Check that the OPS device is still seated in the ActivPanel securely. Important: Do not remove the OPS unless the ActivPanel is fully powered down. 
• Test the ActivPanel with a different OPS if possible.
