Scheduled Maintenance

5/26/26 - 5/29/26 Planned Network Disruptions

Durring this maintenance window, KCS will be moving all facilites to a new internet service provider.

What systems will be impacted? When a building's network transitions providers, devices connected to KCS Wi-Fi or ethernet will lose internet access. This will also temporarily impact network-dependent systems, including desk phones and network-connected building controls. Security & access control systems will continue to function at each facility but may not be remotely accessible.

Is there a schedule for ‘my’ facility? As we get closer to the transition week, we will provide a more detailed timeline of when we expect specific locations to be impacted so your teams can plan their work accordingly.  Bookmark & return to this page for those updates.
