2/28/2025 10:00 AM Hapara Service Interruption

Users may exprience an issue with hapara.com, resulting in a white screen. Please use the following URL to get to your teacher dashboard until services are restored.

2/25/2025 11:00 AM Issues Placing & Receiving Phone Calls

Users are experiencing issues with dropped or garbled calls this morning. This is caused by a fiber cut outside of the KCS network. Our vendor is currently rerouting phone traffic until the fiber is repaired. Please return to this page for further communication and updates.

2/26/2025 9:00 AM Monitoring is ongoing until the fiber cut is fully repaired. Users may experience challenges during peak phone traffic times.
2:30 PM Splicing continues with an estimated restoration of 6 PM. We will remain engaged with field crews and provide additional updates as they are available.
2/27/2025 6:01 AM The damaged fiber has been repaired and our vendor reports services are fully restored. Monitoring is ongoing.

8:00 AM Our vendor performed an update overnight. They are working to undo those changes.
9:41 AM Our vendor vendor has identified the issue and applied a fix. Monitoring of the fix is ongoing.
