The district is aware of an issue affecting phone auto-attendants at schools when calls are placed from outside lines. (Auto-Attendants are the service menus to navigate to the correct department or extension.) Direct calls to an individual's 10 digit number are working. Return to this page for updates.
- 8:15 AM Our vendor has acknowledged this issue impacting several of its customers and is working towards a resolution.
- 9:40 AM Our vendor has identified the underlying issue and is working to resolve as quickly as possible.
- 10:12 AM We are observing some Auto-Attendants have been restored. Monitoring is ongoing until our vendor verifies all sites have been restored.
- 10:31 AM All Auto-Attendants have been restored.

The district is experiencing an extended network outage. Please return to this page for further communication and updates.
- 11:06 AM Our carrier reports that this is a broad outage impacting many districts in East Tennessee. ETA for repair to follow.
- 1:00 PM Our carrier has identified the location causing this outage and has dispatched personnel to isolate & troubleshoot.
- 2:12 PM Our carrier estimates personnel will be on site at the outage location by 3 PM eastern time .
- 4:00 PM Carrier personnel are on site and troubleshooting the issue.
- 6:08 PM Carrier was able to restore connectivity to all KCS sites.
