Parent Access to TN PULSE Connect
What is TN PULSE Connect?
TN PULSE Connect is a parent portal to our IEP management platform which can give you access to some of your child’s documents including IEPs, meeting invitations, Prior Written Notices, and IEP Progress Reports.
How do I get access?
You can request access from your child’s special education case manager.
How do I log in?
Parents will receive an email from tniep@pcgus.com with the subject Pending Action Notification – Knox County Schools

Click the TN PULSE Connect link in the email

Choose how you would like to receive the access code (text, email, phone) and click REQUEST ACCESS CODE

Enter the access code when you receive it and click LOGIN
How do I see my student’s documents?

Click on the DOCUMENTS top tab to access student documents that have been created in TN PULSE
- The TO DO tab shows any documents that can be signed through TN PULSE Connect
