How to Provide Parents with Access to TN PULSE Connect

Pull up the individual student > Go to STUDENT INFO top tab > Select TEAM/PARENTS >

Click the pencil icon to edit the parent details

Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click SEND ADHOC ACCESS EMAIL
Parents will receive an email from tniep@pcgus.com with the subject Pending Action Notification – Knox County Schools
To access the Connect Portal, parents will:

Click the link in the TN PULSE Connect link in the email
- Choose how they would like to receive the access code and click REQUEST ACCESS CODE
- Enter the access code when they receive it and click LOGIN

When parents login to the Portal, they can click on the DOCUMENTS top tab to access student documents that have been created in TN PULSE (Uploaded external documents are not accessible).
- The TO DO tab shows any documents that can be signed through TN PULSE Connect
