If your student's account has a positive balance and you wish to receive a refund, please submit your request by emailing Kim Vomfell at kimberly.vomfell@knoxschools.org
In your request, please include:
- Student's Name
- School
- Student ID
- Current mailing address to send the refund check.
As a reminder, positive balances will roll over to the next school year should you choose to leave the balance on the account for purchases next school year.
