ActivPanel 9 Sign In Options:

Getting Started: Create a Promethean Account

1. Go to one.prometheanworld.com
2. Select to sign in with your school email
3. Complete the required fields
4. Check the box to accept the End User License Agreement and Privacy Statement
5. Click Complete Account

Sign in Options:

• Sign in using your NFC Card *Available on ActivPanel 9 Premium only
• Type the code into Promethean online of Promethean Mobile App
• Scan the QR code in the Promethean Mobile App
• Sign in with your school email
• Sign into Promethean Desktop and connect to your computer *Available on ActivPanel 9 Premium only

Mobile App:

1. Choose to Sign in
2. Sign into your Promethean account
3. Select ActivPanel 9
4. Enter the 6-digit code OR scan the QR code on the panels sign in screen

Web Browser:

1. Go to one.prometheanworld.com
2. Choose Sign In (top right corner)
3. Sign into your Promethean Account
4. Enter the 6-digit code on the panel's sign in screen

*The following options are only available for ActivPanel 9 Premium:

NFC Card:

1. Touch the NFC Card to the Card Reader in the bottom left-hand corner of the ActivPanel 9 Premium
2. Follow on screen prompts to set up card
3. Tap your card to log in and log out of your ActivPanel 9 Premium

ActivSync:

1. Open your Promethean Desktop application and sign into your Promethean account
2. Connect your computer to your ActivPanel 9 Premium using USB - C or HDMI and usb touch
3. After completing steps 1 and 2 you will automatically be signed into your roaming profile using your Promethean Account on the ActivPanel 9 Premium
