Communicating with Students in StudentSquare

StudentSquare is a separate app that students can download to receive school and classroom updates. However, teachers do not need a separate login or app to communicate with students. When creating a post in ParentSquare, simply check the box labeled "Students" - this will allow your message to appear in StudentSquare for students to view. That’s it! All your communication stays in one place, and students can stay in the loop using their own app.

Sending Posts to Students

In a new Post, select Who should see this? for the option to select Students.

Sending Direct Messages to Students

On the 'New Message' page (for teachers), select Send to selected Students to include students in a Direct Message.
