To troubleshoot interaction issues like the touch functionality not working, first establish if this is the case for all sources:
No touch on the OPS source only
- Make sure the OPS is connected and installed correctly.

Test with another OPS that you know is working, if one is available.
- NB: If possible, test with a Promethean-branded OPS.
No touch on all external sources and ActivPanel menu is not interactive

Ensure Freeze Screen and Touch Off are not engaged. Check if there are any Freeze Screen or Touch icons in the top right corner of the screen. If so, press the Freeze button on the panel or the remote, or the Touch button on your remote, to disable them.
- Restart the ActivPanel using the power button at the front and test again. Make sure all cables other than the power are disconnected.
No touch on external sources only (ActivPanel menu works)
- Test using a direct connection for all cables between the computer and the ActivPanel (bypassing any wall plates or connection boxes, and only using a single cable between device and ActivPanel).
- Test a different To.uch USB port on the ActivPanel. If applicable, ensure you connect an HDMI/VGA cable to the corresponding HDMI/VGA port and switch source to the new port.
- Test with another USB cable, preferably one that is working with another computer and ActivPanel.
- Test with another device, preferably one that is working with another ActivPanel
