You don't need an account if there is just interest in seeing what is available at KCS. Feel free to search and sort using the open text fields or the checkboxes in Location, Job Family, Job Class, and/or Group.
Create Account
When you are ready to start a career at Knox County Schools, then either:
- Click the APPLY button on any open position, or LOG IN button
- Click SIGN UP
Login Scenarios for Previous Applicants:
- Avoid creating multiple logins, as this causes issues and prevents a successful application submission. If you experience any username or password issues, email munishelp@knoxschools.org
- If you are a current Knox County Schools employee, you will need to log in as an employee using your Munis Employee Self Service (ESS) username and password. The same login used to check your direct deposit statements. If you do not remember your username and/or password, please email munishelp@knoxschools.org, and include your Knox County Schools employee number
- If you completed a Munis application prior to October 2022, and have not updated your application since then, you will need to follow the steps for PIN ACCOUNT MIGRATION. If you forgot your PIN Number, please email munishelp@knoxschools.org
- If you created an application October 2022 or after, please log in using your newly created username and password
