12/04/2025 9:36 AM Benchmark Universe Login Issues. [RESOLVED]

Benchmark Universe has removed the Google login option from the login page.   Students are unable to access their activities.  KCS IT is working with their support to restore Google login access.  Return to this page for further updates.

  • 10:15 AM Benchmark support restored the Google login button to our login page. 

12/01/2025 9:56 AM i-Ready Loading Issues. [RESOLVED]

i-Ready is aware of and currently investigating reports of loading issues for students. Their team is actively working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as more information is available.  Please return to this page for additional communication, OR https://i-ready.status.io/ for current status and updates from the vendor.

  • 11:48 AM  The i-ready status page reports they are still investigating this issue.  No ETA on resolution has been provided.
  • 3:16 PM  No additional updates have been provided by i-ready.
  • 3:51 PM i-Ready has confirmed that system functionality has been restored and is being actively monitored to confirm the issue has been fully resolved.

Scheduled Maintenance

11/7/2025 - 11/10/2025  KCS's ESS (Employee Self Service) portal will be offline for maintenance.  Access to the documents and services in the ESS system will not be available during this maintenance window.
