04/11/2025 1:30PM Cedar Bluff ES is Offline 

Cedar Bluff ES is experiencing a network outage. We are currently investigating.  Please return to this page for further communication and updates.

  • 2:20PM  Electricity & Connectivity have been restored.  Monitoring is ongoing.

 


04/09/2025 1:00 PM Navigate360 Behavioral Assessment Connectivity 

Some users may experience “Bad Request” website error page upon login.

  • Some users report that clearing cache, updating browser, and restarting resolve the issue (maybe temporarily).
  • Some user report that the following steps temporarily resolve the issue:
    • After logging in and getting the “Bad Request” screen
      • Click on Chrome (top left menu) > Quit Google Chrome
      • Open Chrome
      • Then type “bcm.navigate360.com/cases” in the Address Bar 
      • You should be at Navigate360 Cases screen.
  • 4/2/25 Support Ticket added with vendor and quickly escalated to Tier 3.
  • Paper copies of the assessment can be obtained from School Culture or IT Help Desk.

 


03/26/2025 7:00 AM Farragut Intermediate is Offline 

Farragut Intermediate is experiencing a network outage. We are currently investigating.  Please return to this page for further communication and updates.

  • 8:25 AM  Maintenance has identified an electrical issue on site. 
  • 8:40 AM Maintenance has put a temporary solution in place to restore connectivity.  They will return after hours to implement a permanent solution.  (a brief outage is expected during that transfer)

 


03/24/2025 7:00 AM Fairgarden Preschool is Offline 

Fairgarden PS is experiencing a network outage. We are currently investigating.  Please return to this page for further communication and updates.

  • 8:10 AM  KCS Maintenance has verified power & operation of our gear.   Our vendor is dispatching Comcast to troubleshoot.
  • 11:30 AM Our vendor and Comcast are engaged in troubleshooting.  No ETA for resolution has been provided.
  • 3:30 PM Connectivity restored by Comcast. Monitoring is ongoing.

2/28/2025 10:00 AM Hapara Service Interruption

Users may exprience an issue with hapara.com, resulting in a white screen. Please use the following URL to get to your teacher dashboard until services are restored.
